After last year's May incident which wrote off almost the entire Siam Square Soi 4, most of the shops along the street are still being fenced off pending rebuilding. Mango Tango, unfortunately, was one of these victims. Last month, we visited the new Mango Tango which has since found its new foothold at Soi 5. The new location is right at the intersection of Soi 5 and Soi 7 and directly across from Ban Khun Mae restaurant.
** Our order **
Looking through my past write ups, I realized that we always have the same order. Perhaps, we could be a bit more adventurous next time.
Mango Sticky Rice (THB120)
Mango Aloha (THB65)
Mango Smoothie (THB75)

** The Restaurant **
The new Siam Square Mango Tango is tiny to begin with. It houses only about 5 or 6 small wooden tables but we love the greenhouse built. The rustic white walls with black graffiti and low hanging lightnings were similar to their previous soi 4 decor. But what noticeably missing was the "No photo taking" sign which we find it a serious eye-sore since day one. As much as they may not have like it, it's an universal fact that tourists take pictures (for remembrance purpose). It just doesn't make much sense to stop them. So, in a way, the fire is a blessing in disguise that serves to remind service providers to be more open-minded and receptive to tourists' needs.

The staffs are friendly.
This is the 3th time I've written something about Mango Tango. You can read my previous review here.
** Getting There **
